To address the prevailing attitude many consumers hold, that retirement villages are old age homes.
Idea
In a video format, present easy-to-understand material that dispels common misconceptions through a personal experience. Use well known TV personality Glenn Wheeler to walk the consumer through his own personal shift in attitude. Cover a wide variety of retirement living choices available in independent living housing and the range of community activities that are availably in villages.
Results
The DVD launch was warmly received at the national conference and orders were placed for copies by village operators.
